介绍了一种快速制作油条的方法,以及应用该方法制作油条所必需的一种无铝油条膨松剂。利用快速膨松剂,配合适当的面粉、水、盐,可在和面后20min之内制作出色泽金黄、口感酥脆的油条。
An instant method of making fried dough sticks and a kind of raising agent of alu- minum- free deep- fried dough sticks were introduced. With the instant raising agent, appropriate flour, water and salt, the fried dough sticks with the colour of golden yellow and crispy taste would be made 20 minutes after kneading dough.
