弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨骨折的临床研究

Clinical research of elastic stable intramedullary nailing of radius fractures in children

目的探讨弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童桡骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2007年4月～2009年8月笔者所在科共收治弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨骨折患者13例,术后所有病例均得到随访,随访时间为8～12个月(平均9.3个月)。结果所有患者均获得骨折I期愈合,1例术后因钉尾过长穿出皮肤发生了钉道局部感染,经伤口换药处理后得以愈合。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨骨折具有固定确切可靠、操作简单、创伤小的优点,是一项较好的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of elastic stable intramedullary nailing of radius fractures in children.Methods From April 2007 to August 2009,13 cases were treated by elastic stable intramedullary nailing.The patients were followed up and evaluated.The follow-up of 8 to 12 months（average 9.3 month）.Results All children were healing.One patient only has infection on the end of the nail,but healed after changing dressings.Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nailing has many advantages,such as tiny tissue damage,the operation is convenient,pulling out easy,and is a very effective method.
