金银花等6种中草药对痢疾杆菌体外抑菌效果研究

Study on the Antibacterial Effects of 6 Kinds of Chinese Herbs Medicines on Shigella dysenteriae in vitro

[目的]研究金银花等6种中草药对痢疾杆菌的体外抑菌效果。[方法]选用金银花、黄连、五倍子、连翘、穿心莲和蒲公英6种中草药,采用煎煮法提取其有效成分,并对这6种中药提取物在体外对痢疾杆菌的抑菌效果进行了测定。[结果]金银花、黄连、五倍子、连翘、穿心莲、蒲公英这6种中草药的提取液对痢疾杆菌表现了不同的抑菌效果,其中连翘和黄连的抑菌效果较好,测得其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为15.6和31.3 mg/ml;最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为31.3和31.3 mg/ml。[结论]不同中草药的抑菌效果不同。

[Objective] The aim was to study the antibacterial effects of 6 kinds of Chinese herbs medicines on S.dysenteriae in vitro.[Methods] Selecting FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE,RHIZOMA COPTIDIS,GALLA CHINENSIS,FRUCTUS FORSYTHIAE,HERBA ANDROGRAPHIS,HERBA TARAXACI,and using boiling components to extract their effective constituents,moreover,the antibacterial effects of those 6 kinds of Chinese herbs medicines on S.dysenteriae in vitro were measured.[Result] The extracting solution of 6 kinds of Chinese herbs medicines had different antibacterial effects on S.dysenteriae,among which the antibacterial effects of FRUCTUS FORSYTHIAE and RHIZOMA COPTIDIS were better,and the MBC were 31.3 and 31.2 mg/ml,respectively.[Conclusion] Different Chinese herbs medicines had different antibacterial effects.
