摘要 [目的]研究不同耕作方式下土壤pH、有机质与Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd有效态含量的关系。[方法]采集耕层土壤样本,测定土壤pH与有机质含量;采用DTPA浸提-原子吸收分光光度法测定重金属有效态含量。[结果]混养田土壤中有效态Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd含量比水稻田土壤中的低。土壤中有效态Pb含量与土壤pH呈0.05水平显著负相关,有效态Cu、有效态Pb、有效态Cd含量与有机质含量呈负相关关系。[结论]该研究可为重金属污染的预防与治理提供依据。 [Objective] The research aimed to find out the relationship between available Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd and organic matter contents,pH in different cropping systems.[Method] Topsoil was acquired to detect organic matter and pH.DTPA leaching-AAS method was used to measure the contents of available metals.[Result] The contents of available Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd in rice-crab field were lower than those in rice field.Contents of available Pb were significantly negatively correlated with pH and the contents of available Cu,Pb,Cd were negatively correlated with organic matter contents.[Conclusion]The research could provide the basis for the prevention and management of heavy metal contamination.
