摘要
[目的]考察光质对黄芩毛状根生长和黄芩苷生物合成的影响。[方法]采用白光和蓝光(400~480 nm)照射(12 h/d)以及黑暗条件培养黄芩毛状根,并采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量,考察光质对黄芩毛状根生长及黄芩苷含量的影响。[结果]光质对黄芩毛状根生长和黄芩苷含量均有影响;白光和蓝光培养的毛状根生物量无明显差别,且白光抑制黄芩苷的积累;黑暗条件下培养的毛状根生物量和黄芩苷含量均高于蓝光与白光条件培养的毛状根。[结论]黑暗更适合黄芩毛状根生长与黄芩苷合成。
[Objective] To study the effects of different light treatments on the growth and baiclin biosynthesis of the hairy root of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi.[Method] The hairy roots were cultured respectively by white and blue light irradiation for 12 h /d and in darkness.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was taken to measure the baicalin content and study the effect of light treatments on the growth and baiclin biosynthesis of hairy root of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi.[Result] Different light treatments all affected the growth and baiclin biosynthesis of the hairy root of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,the biomass of hairy root cultured under white and blue light showed no obvious difference,but white light inhibited the accumulation of baiclin;both the biomass and baiclin content in hairy root cultured under darkness conditions were higher than that cultured under white and blue light.[Conclusion] Darkness was more suitable for the growth and baiclin biosynthesis of the hairy root of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi.
