摘要
[目的]研究镉胁迫下萝卜幼苗的硫代葡萄糖苷含量的变化。[方法]分别用不同浓度的氯化镉(CdCl2)溶液处理盛丰、碧玉春和速白1号3种白萝卜幼苗,研究白萝卜幼苗中抗氧化活性及硫代葡萄糖苷随时间的变化趋势。[结果]镉胁迫下白萝卜幼苗的硫代葡萄糖苷表现出"低浓度促进高浓度抑制"的特点。10和1μmol/L镉胁迫明显促进硫代葡萄糖苷的产生,且10μmol/L促进效果最好。[结论]该研究为了解重金属对白萝卜的作用机制及生化解毒机理奠定了基础,为重金属污染的土壤植物修复提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the variation of glucosinolates content in radish seedlings under cadmium stress.[Method] Using different concentrations of CdCl2 to treat three white radish seedlings,namely Shengfeng,Biyuchun and Subai No.1,moreover,the variation trend of antioxidant activity and glucosinolates in radish seedlings was studied.[Result] Under cadmium stress,glucosinolates content in radish seedlings showed the trend of "low concentrations promote and high concentrations inhibit",10 and 1 μmol/L concentration of cadmium stress significantly promoted the production of glucosinolates,and the effect of 1 μmol/L concentration of cadmium stress was the best.[Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for understanding the function and biochemical detoxification mechanisms of heavy metals to white radish,which provided theoretical basis for soil phytoremediation.
