土地制度创新研究——以成都市为例

成都市作为统筹城乡综合配套改革实验区之一,在土地制度方面进行了积极的探索。在回顾土地制度创新研究的基础上,对成都市土地制度改革进行了研究。其创新措施主要有对原先拥有的农地进行整合、对原有居民的村庄加以整理,并提出了增减挂钩的创新方式。

Chengdu,as one of the urban and rural comprehensive reform experimental zone,carried out positive exploration on the land system.Based on the previous studies on land system innovation,the land system reform of Chengdu was studied,and the innovation measures mainly included the consolidation of original farmlands and villages,and the pothook of city construction land increase and rural residential land decrease was also presented.
