农村居民生活消费对经济增长影响的实证研究

Empirical Study about the Effects of Rural Residents' Life on Economic Growth

运用1983～2010年的有关数据,利用比较法,从总量消费和人均消费两个方面,实证研究了城乡居民生活消费对GDP的影响差异。结果表明:无论是从总量消费来看,还是从人均消费来看,农村居民的消费对经济增长的带动作用均超过城镇居民。最后提出消除城乡二元结构,城乡统筹发展,建立农民增收的长效机制,增强消费能力;进一步完善农村的社会保障制度,稳定农民消费预期;进一步改善农村的消费环境等相关建议。

Based on relevant data from 1983 to 2010 and comparison method,general consumption and consumption per capita,the effects of urban and rural residents＇ life on GDP were studied.Results suggested that no matter from the angle of general consumption or per capita consumption,effects of rural residents＇ consumption on economic development passed that of urban residents.In the end,we proposed to resolve urban and rural double structure,unifying urban and rural development,establishing long-term mechanism,intensifying consumption capacity,improving social security system,stabilizing rural consumption expectation and further improving rural consumption environment.
