河北省农业综合生产能力评价与提升对策

The Evaluation of Agricultural Comprehensive Production Capacity and Enhancement Measures in Hebei Province

从农业生产投入、农业产出水平、农业生产潜力三部分考虑选取了15个单项指标,构建了河北省农业综合生产能力评价指标体系。运用变异系数法确定指标权重,对2000～2009年河北省农业综合生产能力进行了综合评价,发现存在的问题,并在此基础上提出加强农业科研投入与技术推广体系建设、加大农田水利基础设施建设、构建资源节约型农业等提升对策。

Fifteen individual indicators were selected from the aspects of agricultural production input,agricultural output level and production potential to construct agricultural production capacity evaluation indicator system in Hebei Province.Using variance coefficient method to determine indicator weight,the agricultural comprehensive production capacity in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2009 was evaluated and problems were pointed out.Based on these,some countermeausres were proposed such as to strengthen agricultural science and technology input and technology promotion system,enlarge infrastructure construction and build resources saving agriculture.
