湖北省夷陵区新农村建设调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of New Rural Construction in Yiling District in Hubei Province

通过问卷调查与实地调研,对湖北省宜昌市夷陵区新农村建设情况进行了分析。结果表明,夷陵区新农村建设中经济发展水平总体较高,但表现出明显的地区失衡现象,农业生存结构亟待调整;乡风、村容建设及农村文化软实力有待进一步提升;农业技术的缺乏和农民知识文化水平较低是制约经济发展和乡风、村容建设的主要因素。并提出了相关对策与建议。

Through the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,the new rural construction in Yiling district of Yichang City had been expounded.It was found that the level of the rural economy development in Yiling was relatively high,but the imbalance between areas was palpable and the agricultural structure should be reformed urgently.The social atmosphere,feature and civilization in the countryside need promotion.In addition,the major obstacles which restricted the development of rural economy,atmosphere and feature were the shortage of agricultural technology and the low standard of the farmers＇ knowledge.In the end,some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
