通过对非营利组织介入农村养老保障的必要性和重要性的分析,探讨非营利组织在农村养老保障中的内部优势和外部优势,结果表明,非营利组织应该以高效、合理的方式参与农村的保障事业,充分发挥其积极作用,以实现可持续发展。

Through analyzing the necessity and importance of non-profit organization which involved in rural old-age security,the inner and external advantages were discussed.The results showed that non-profit organization should participate in rural security system with an high-efficient and reasonable way,fully play its positive role,so as to realize sustainable development.
