摘要
分析了返乡农民工的就业现状,针对农民工在新农村低碳化建设中的就业需要,借鉴国内外促进农民工就业的研究成果与实践经验,提出了健全的返乡农民工就业服务体系的构建模型与实施对策。
The employment status of home-going peasant-workers was analyzed.Aiming at the employment demand in new rural low carbon construction,refer to research achievements and practical experiences of promoting peasant-workers employment at home and abroad,a sound model and implementation countermeasure idea was put forward.
