摘要
[目的]研究农业钢拱结构腹板承载力影响因素。[方法]通过有限元方法对径向均布荷载作用下的工形截面钢拱结构进行非线性分析,分析截面几何参数对腹板极限承载力。[结果]结果表明腹板长宽比越大,试件的极限承载力越小,而腹板厚度、翼缘厚度、翼缘宽度越大,试件的极限承载力越大。腹板长宽比和截面尺寸一定时,试件的极限承载力随着圆心角的增大而线性增大。[结论]在实际工程中,适当减小横向加劲肋的间距可有效提高试件极限承载力。建议腹板长宽比上限值为2.0。在建筑尺寸允许下,可将纯弯作用下的钢拱结构的圆心角增大,提高试件截面尺寸的极限承载力。
[Objective]To study the bearing capcity factors of webs for affecting the agricultural steel arch structure.[Method] The finite element method was used to make nonlinear analysis for I-section steel arch structures under radial uniform load.The ultimate bearing capacity of cross-section geometric paramaeters on the web was analysed.[Result]The results showed that the web aspect ratio,the smaller the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen,and the web thickness,flange thickness,flange width greater,the greater the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen.Web aspect ratio and section size were constant,ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen with the central angle increases when linearly increasing.[Conclusion] In practical engineering,appropriate to reduce the spacing of transverse stiffeners could effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen.Recommended maximum value of web 2.0 aspect ratio.Size allowed in the building,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen cross-section was with the central angle increased under it could be pure bending steel arch structure.
