400例流动青年生育健康现状调查

Survey on reproductive health of 400 young migrant adults

目的了解江苏省流动青年的性与生育健康服务的权利和需求。方法以荷兰权利、接受、参与（RAP）原则为指导，对江苏省400例18—24岁流动青年进行问卷调查。结果有性交经历者占41．5％（166／400），第1次性交行为的平均年龄为20．0岁。46．0％（180／400）的流动青年回答绝对会坚持使用避孕套，且女性明显多于男性，差异有统计学意义。对性交受孕知识的了解，较多问题回答男性较女性回答正确率高，差异有统计学意义。调查显示流动青年对艾滋病（mV）知识了解不够，除55。8％（223／400）回答正确避孕套有助于防止HIV感染以外，其余各问题回答正确率较低。结论流动青年的避孕、受孕及性传播疾病和艾滋病相关知识相对缺乏，生育健康保护意识有待加强，应有针对性地对男女流动青年分别开展相应的生育健康教育和服务。

Objective To investigate and understand the rights and needs of young migrant adults in Jiangsu Province on their sexual and reproductive health services. Methods Anonymous questionnaire survey were conducted among 400 young migrant people aged 18-24. Results Among the respondents, 41.5 % were sexually active. The average age for their first sexual experience was 20.0 years. Among those of sexually active, 46.0 % used condoms, with significant more numbers of females than males. The young migrant people did not have sufficient background knowledge on AIDS, because only 55.8 % answered correctly to the questions that contraception would help protect HIV infection alone. Conclusion Young migrant adults lacked the knowledge of contraception, pregnancy, STD and HIV. Further efforts on education and services of the reproductive health for yotmg migrant people are required.
