摘要
一般加氢裂化催化剂(尤其是含分子筛加氢裂化催化剂)采用干法硫化时由于温度比较高,易造成络合物分解,并有开工步骤多、开工时间长的缺点,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司1.50 Mt/a加氢裂化装置在2010年3月更换催化剂后开工时,首次成功采用湿法硫化。此次加氢裂化催化剂湿法硫化的时间约为60 h,比干法硫化时间节省至少40 h,加氢裂化催化剂的最终硫化温度为290℃,硫化剂用量为40.490 t,比理论用量少2.40%。应用结果表明,含分子筛加氢裂化催化剂完全可以采用湿法硫化,能有效简化硫化步骤、缩短开工时间,且有利于提高催化剂活性。
The higher temperature required by dry pre-sulfiding process for hydrocarcking catalysts(especially molecular sieve hydrocracking catalysts) has disadvantages of easy decomposition of complex compounds,multiple start-up procedures and extended start-up time,etc.The wet pre-sulfiding process was first successfully tried in a 1.5 MM TPY hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd.in the start-up after catalyst replacement in March,2010.The wet pre-sulfiding time of hydrocracking catalyst was 60 hours,which is 40 hours less than dry pre-sulfiding process.The end pre-sulfiding temperature of hydrocracking catalyst was 290 ℃ and pre-sulfiding agent consumption was 40.49 tons,which was 2.4% lower than the theoretical requirement.Application results show that the hydrocracking catalysts can be completely pre-sulfided by wet pre-sulfiding process,which can simplify pre-sulfiding procedures,shorten start-up time and improve catalyst activity.
