摘要
合成了一种新型的油溶性催化剂,在对其性能进行测试的基础上,综合考察了单组分、复配、硫含量、分散介质等不同条件催化剂体系的抑焦活性,优选出适用于渣油加氢裂化反应的油溶性催化剂,并在小型装置放大实验进一步验证其加氢裂化活性。研究表明,合成的油溶性催化剂能达到预期金属含量要求,具有良好的油溶性。分散于VGO介质中镍质量分数200μg/g,铁质量分数300μg/g,0.2%硫化剂条件下的催化体系具有良好的抑焦活性,能使生焦量最低降至2.10%。相同反应条件下,镍-铁复配的油溶性催化剂体系的加氢裂化活性优于工业化试验水溶性催化剂体系。
A new oil-soluble catalyst has been successfully synthesized.The coke inhibition activities of the catalyst system at different single component,compound,sulfur and dispersion media were investigated,and an oil-soluble catalyst which is appropriate for residue hydrocracking has been optimally selected and its hydrocracking activity has been verified in the scale-up testing on a pilot plant.The study shows that the synthesized oil-soluble catalyst can meet the metal content requirement and has a good oil solubility.The catalyst system at conditions of 200 ppm Ni,300 ppm Fe and 0.2% S in VGO exhibits excellent coke inhibition performance and the minimum coke make is 2.10%.Under the same reaction conditions,the hydrocracking activity of Ni-Fe compound oil-soluble catalyst system is superior over that of water-soluble catalyst system.
