摘要
总加工流程的优化是炼油厂规划的核心内容之一。以国内某新建大型炼油厂项目为例,介绍一种炼油厂总加工流程优化的新方法——多指标评分法。采用该方法比选出的炼油厂总加工流程是基于对各方案的多个关键性指标进行综合评价的结果,对每个指标采用定量或定性的评价方法,通过数值分析,采用预先定义的评分矩阵进行打分。从方案的经济性、可靠性、操作与维护、商业化程度和原料适应性等多个方面进行全面的比选和优化。该方法将总流程比选过程分为两个阶段,分别应用线性规划软件PIMS和全厂流程模拟软件PetroSIM来展开研究,选出最终的总加工流程方案。该方法克服了传统总流程比选方法评价指标单一的弊端,具有很好的推广价值。
Overall refinery process flow optimization is the key work in refinery design.A new method(multi-criterion scoring method) and its application in a grass-roots refinery project are introduced.The method includes multiple criterions evaluation for every case,and each criterion is converted into scores quantitatively or qualitatively.In this way,all the cases are scored and ranked through a predefined scoring matrix.A full comparison of project economics,reliability,operability maintenance,proven technology and feedstock flexibility is conducted between different cases.The final refinery configuration is selected through two phases'(long list selection and short list selection);PIMS and PetroSIM softwares are used separately in the two phases.The method avoids the disadvantages of the conventional ones,such as narrow criterion,and is worth for further popularization.
