Marxism made the question of peasants and important subject for deep reearch. In spite of the differences of the periods and the specific circumstances, classical Marxist authors have different views about peasants. Both eastern and western clas- sical Marxist authors and their successors attach importance to the role of peasants all along and are good at dealing with the preblem of peasants and their views about the peasants will provide theoretical support to our new rural construction.
