玉米深床常温通风干燥特性试验 被引量:2

Experimental study on deep bed air drying of corn at room temperature

摘要 常温下,在试验台上对玉米深床干燥特性进行了试验研究,考察不同温度、不同干燥床深下玉米的干燥速率变化特性。结果发现,温度和床深对干燥速率均有较大影响:风温越大,干燥速率越快;干燥床深越大,干燥速率越慢。用Page方程对试验数据进行了拟合,得到了适合于玉米深床低温通风干燥的数学模型,并对该模型进行了验证。 At room temperature,deep bed drying characteristics of maize were studied. The changes of deep bed drying rate were effected at different temperatures and different bed depthes.Resuhs showed that temperature and bed depth has a greater impact on the drying rate: As the air temperature is higher, the drying rate is faster; As the drying bed depth is larger, drying rate is slower. The Page equation were fitted to the experimental data. The mathematical model was obtained of deep-bed low-temperature air drying of corn and the model was verified.
