摘要
选取广东省服务业480名新生代农民工作为样本,采用自编的工作满意度量表测查新生代农民工工作满意度状况。结果表明:(1)新生代农民工的总体工作略偏向满意状态,位于平均满意水平以上的达34.9%,均值得分3.22,各维度的得分从高到低的依次为:人际关系满意度(3.51)>自我发展满意度(3.41)>工作本身满意(3.12)>工作条件满意度(3.06)>工作回报满意度(3.04);(2)不同年龄、婚姻状况和拥有的土地要素对新生代农民工的工作满意度有显著影响,随着年龄的增加工作满意度越高,未婚者的工作满意度明显高于已婚者,拥有土地要素的新生代农民工对工作的总体满意度较低。
This research selects 480 new-generation migrant workers in the service industry in Guangdong Province as samples and employs self-design job satisfaction questionnaire to find out elements that influence the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers. The results are: (1)The overall job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers is relatively high,job satisfaction is 34.9%,mean is 3.22, with the descending order of the scores at each dimension is: interpersonal relationship satisfaction (3.51)〉self- development satisfaction(3.41)〉job-itself satisfaction(3.12)〉satisfaction on job rewards(3.06)〉 satisfaction on job conditions(3.04);(2) Age difference, marriage and landholding have significant influences on the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers,with increasing of age job satisfaction is higher,unmarried job satisfaction is significantly higher than married,ownership of land elements of the new generation of migrant workers with lower overall job satisfaction.
