Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌以手术参与的多学科综合治疗现状和进展

摘要 Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌5年生存率在10%-30%之间,存在着预后不同的亚群.不同种类的Ⅲ期患者临床处理有显著性差异.Ⅲ期患者中更要强调多学科综合性治疗,手术参与了ⅢA-0,ⅢA-1,ⅢA-2和部分ⅢA-3患者的多学科综合性治疗.手术、放疗和化疗原则的掌握有利于取得稳定的临床疗效.多学科综合治疗最佳策略的研究以及个体化治疗研究是提高Ⅲ期患者临床疗效的研究热点.
