摘要 放射治疗是肺癌治疗的主要手段之一,但是肺癌细胞放射敏感性的差异不同程度地影响放射治疗效果.近年来,随着分子生物学的发展,发现肺癌细胞内许多基因的异常表达与放射敏感性密切相关,甚至影响肺癌患者的放疗疗效.本文就肺癌放射敏感性有关基因的研究进展作一综述.
