放射治疗在广泛期小细胞肺癌治疗中的价值

The Treatment Value of Radiation Therapy for Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 近20年单纯化疗对ED-SCLC的生存率尚未取得提高.近几年来的临床研究结果表明,胸部放疗在ED-SCLC的治疗方面是有益处的.自2007年起对于化疗缓解后的ED-SCLC患者行PCI已成为常规治疗模式,对于ED-SCLC多器官转移的患者放疗也有着不可替代的作用.
