摘要
目的建立测定三棱中总皂苷含量的方法,并测定同一产地不同采收期的三棱药材中总皂苷的含量。方法以8%香草醛乙醇溶液-77%硫酸(0.5-5)为显色体系,于60℃水浴中加热10min,冷却至室温,在544nm处测定吸收度。结果样品在8.5-42.5μg.mL-1与吸收度的线性关系良好(r=0.9967),方法的平均回收率为97.97%(n=6),RSD=2.18%;同一产地不同采收期的三棱药材中总皂苷含量有一定差异。结论所用测定方法简便、准确、灵敏、可靠,可控制三棱的药材质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative method of total saponins in Sparganium stoloniferum and to determine the content of the general saponins of Sparganium stoloniferum from same places of Jinhua at different harvset time.METHODS Used 8%Vanillin-77%H2SO4(0.5-5)as the chromogenic reagent and reacted 10 minutes at water bath of 6012, then cool. The detective wave length was 544nm. RESULTS The reference substance showed a good liner relationship at a range of 8.5 - 42.5ttg' mL^- l (r = 0. 9967). The average recovery was 97.97% with RSD of 2.18% (n= 6).The contents of the total saponins in Sparganium stoloniferum from same places of Jinhua at different barvset time were some difference. CONCLUSIONS The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and reliable. It could be applied to the quality control of Sparganium stoloniferum.
