黄体酮对促输尿管下段结石ESWL术后排石的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨黄体酮注射液促进输尿管下段结石患者体外冲击波碎石术后排石的作用。方法选取我院输尿管下段结石患者117例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组62例,对照组55例。患者均行体外冲击波碎石术,实验组予以黄体酮注射液联合金钱草颗粒,对照组予以金钱草颗粒。分别在3d、7d、14d后复查B超、KUB检查排石情况。结果 7d、14d时间点实验组排石有效记分明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),3d时间点实验组与对照组无明显差别(P<0.05)。结论黄体酮注射液能有效促进输尿管下段结石患者ESWL后排石,效果显著,值得临床推广。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical removing calculus effects of pogesterone on the patients of segment inferior ureteral calculus after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy. METHODS 117 patients of segment inferior ureteral calculus in our hospital were chosen. They were divided into the experiment group (62 patients) and the control group (55 patients) randomly. They all were given extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy, the patients in the experiment group were injected progesterone and taken orally christina loosestrife while the patients in the control group were taken orally christina loosestrife only. At 3d,7d, 14d after ESWL, we recheck B-US and KUB. RESULTS The point of removing calculus in experiment group was significantly higher than those in con- trol group at 7d, 14d time points(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) ; at 3d time point, no marked difference between the experiment group and the control group(P 〉0.05).CONCLUSION Progesterone has removing calculus effect significantly on the patients of segment inferior ureteral calculus after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy, which worth to further study.
