摘要
针对壁厚约为1.5mm的5A06锻轧薄壁球壳工件的加工工艺和内部可能的缺陷形貌,分析了该薄壁件质量的无损检测技术现状和检测难点。设计了含有不同尺寸的模拟裂纹和分层缺陷的对比试样,研制和改进了专用的高灵敏度探头。通过采用优化的涡流检测参数,实现了有效检出5A06薄壁壳体表面5mm×0.05mm(长度×深度)的裂纹类缺陷,具备了检出在1mm渗透深度下的5mm长线形刻槽和0.8mm深度左右的0.5mm面型缺陷的高灵敏度检测能力,并提出了100%检测工件质量的方法。
According to machining technology and inner defect shape of 5A06 alloy forging spherical shell with thickness of 1.5mm, the non-destructive testing techniques and the testing difficulties of it were analyzed. After that, the reference specimens with simulated cracks of different sizes and delaminated defect were designed, at the same time, the special high sensitive probe was developed. By using optimized eddy testing parameters, it realized the effective testing to surface simulated crack defect with 5 mm× 0. 05 mm( Length× Depth) of the thin spherical shell, and it had high sensitive testing ability to 5 mm length line type defect and Ф 0. 5 mm plane-type defect under about 1.0 mm penetrate depth. Then the testing method to product's whole depth range was suggested.
