目的:探讨阿奇霉素静脉滴注所致严重不良反应的特点,指导临床安全用药。方法:报告该院3例静脉滴注阿奇霉素致严重不良反应。结果:2例致过敏性休克,1例致尖端扭转型室速。结论:合理使用阿奇霉素,减少严重不良反应的发生,及时抢救,减少医疗纠纷。
