多层螺旋CT对高血压脑病的诊断分析

The value of MSCT in the diagnosis of hypertensive encephalopathy

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(Multi-sliceMSCT)对高血压脑病(Hypertensive Encephalopathy,HE)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例临床诊断高血压脑病患者的MSCT表现。结果 30例HE中检出16例低密度脑水肿,检出率53.3%,其中7例双顶枕叶,3例双枕叶,3例双顶叶,1例单侧顶叶,1例单侧枕叶,1例脑干,其中1例合并小脑局灶性出血。经降压治疗后水肿病灶逐渐消退。结论 HE的MSCT表现为后循环供血区顶枕叶脑水肿为主,MSCT具有较高的密度分辨力及空间分辨力,能较有效显示HE患者脑水肿的范围、并发症。

Objective To explore the value in MSCT in diagnosis of hypertensive encephalopathy（Hy pertensive Encephalopathy,HE）.Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases diagnosedin patients with hypertensive encephalo pathyperformance of MSCT.Results 16 cases of low-densitycerebral edema were found in 30 cases which diagnosed HE,detection rate of 53.3%.Including 7 cases of double topoccipital lobe,3 cases of doubleoccipital lobe,3 cases of double-parietal lobe,1 case of singlepariet al,1 case of singleoccipital,1 case ofbrain stem,including 1 patient with cerebralfocal hemorrhage.The edemalesions gradually subsided by antihypertensive treatment.Conclusion HE shows the posterior circulation cerebral edema with using MSCT.MSCT has a highdensity resolutionand spatial resolution,it can more effectively display the range of cerebral edema and the complications,which can provide important information on the diagnosis of hypertensive encephalopathy.
