高位结扎加电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床疗效分析

目的探索高位结扎加电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法对121例下肢静脉曲张患者(142条肢体)均采用高位结扎和电凝术治疗,对其临床资料加以整理分析。结果平均手术时间36min,142条肢体曲张静脉消失,其中8例患者电凝处有轻度皮肤灼伤,3例有区段性复发,2例患者出现隐神经损伤,所有患者无严重并发症。结论高位结扎加电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效满意、简便、美观。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of high ligation of electrocoagulation for treating varicose veins of the lower extremity clinical curative effect.Methods 121 patients with varicose vein of lower limbs of patients（142limbs） using ligation and electrocoagulation treatment,the clinical data were analyzed.Results The average operation time of 36 minutes,142 limbs varicose veins disappeared,one of the 8 patients of electrocoagulation with mild skin burn,3 cases with recurrent section,2 cases of patients with saphenous nerve injury,all patients without severe complications.Conclusion High ligation of electrocoagulation for treating varicose veins of the lower extremity are satisfactory effect,simple and beautiful.
