经皮给药治疗婴儿迁延性腹泻临床疗效

The clinical curative effect of the dermal medication therapy for infants lingering diarrhea

目的研究经皮给药治疗婴儿迁延性腹泻的疗效。方法把200例婴儿符合迁延性腹泻病诊断标准的患儿,随机分为两组,治疗组100例,对照组100例,两组均给予口服蒙脱石散,微生态制剂,低钙者加服钙剂等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用经皮给药,比较两组用药后的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%;对照组总有效率84.00%,两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经皮给药治疗婴儿迁延性腹泻疗效肯定,经皮给药无不良反应,且使用方便,儿童依从性好,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective The research on the clinical curative effect of the dermal medication therapy for infants lingering diarrhea.Methods Divide 200 babies who were diagnosed as lingering diarrhea and arranging them into two groups randomly.Each group had 100 infants.One was treatment group,the other was comparison group.Both of them had been given montmorillonite and microbial pharmaceutics.The regular treatment was also given like adding calcium to those who were low in calcium.The treatment group had the dermal medication therapy based on the regular treatment in order to compare the total effective rate after the medication of the two groups.Results The total effective rate for treatment group was 96.00% and comparison group 84.00%.There were the statistic significance for the two groups＇ total effective rates.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the dermal medication therapy for infants lingering diarrhea is confirmed and has no adverse effect after the dermal medication therapy.It also is convenient to use and can be easily acceptable for children,which is worthy to be spreaded clinically.
