摘要
目的观察替米沙坦单独应用或联合应用氢氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压剂量和疗效的关系。方法 158例高血压患者随机分为3组:替米沙坦治疗组(1组)、氢氯噻嗪治疗组(2组)替米沙坦和氢氯噻嗪联合应用治疗组(3组)。3组又分为3a和3b两个亚组。3a组应用替米沙坦40mg/d,3b组应用80mg/d。结果 3b组舒张压平均下降显著大于3a组(P<0.01)、1组(P<0.05)和2组(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦80mg/d联合应用氢氯噻嗪25mg/d疗效较好。
Objective To view chakan cilexetil alone or in combination with hydrochlorothiazide treatment of primary hypertension relationship between dose and efficacy.Methods 158 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups：candesartan cilexetil treatment group（group 1）,hydrochlorothiazide treatment group（group 2） of candesartan cilexetil and hydrochlorothiazide combination therapy group（group 3）.Divided into three groups 3a and 3b,two sub-groups.3a group received candesartan cilexetil 40 mg/d,3b group application 80 mg/d.Results 3b group decreased diastolic blood pressure was significantly greater than 3a group（P0.01）,1 group（P0.05） and group 2（P0.05）.Conclusion Cilexetil 80 mg/d combined with hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg/d better effect.
