电炉消解法测定水中总磷

Determination of Total Phosphorus in Water by Electric Furnace Heating Digestion

通过用电炉加热消解法测定水中总磷,研究表明:该方法在0.08～1.20mg/L范围内线性良好,当取样体积为8.0mL时,方法检出限为0.006mg/L,标准溶液平行测定的RSD≤0.06%,水样加标回收率为97.8%～103%。

This paper determines the total phosphorus in water by electric furnace heating digestion. A good linearity of the method is obtained in range from 0.08mg/L to 1.20mg/L. When the sampling volume is 8. 0 mL, the detection limits is 0. 006mg/L, RSD of parallel standard ≤0.06 %, and the spiked recoveries of water sample is from 97.8% to 103%.
