透明质酸与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性

Correlation of plasma hyaluronic acid levels with the severity of coronary artery lesions

摘要 目的探讨透明质酸(HA)与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性及临床意义。方法选取因胸部不适而行冠状动脉造影的259例患者,根据检查结果分为冠心病组(211例,单支病变65例、双支病变62例、三支病变84例)及对照组(48例),检测比较两组患者HA水平,记录对应患者Gensini冠状动脉病变积分,分析HA和Gensini冠状动脉病变积分的相关性。结果对照组患者HA水平为(40.86±19.40)ng/ml,冠心病组为(71.57±58.44)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P〈001)。其中单支、双支、三支病变患者HA水平分别为(57.21±40.51)、(83.77±69.26)、(74.60±60.60)ng/ml。双支病变与三支病变患者HA水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),单支病变患者与对照组及双支病变与三支病变患者HA水平的差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。冠心病患者冠状动脉病变积分与HA水平呈正相关关系(P〈0.01)。结论冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度与血浆HA水平相关,测定血浆HA水平可为评价冠状动脉病变程度提供有价值的参考依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation of plasma hyaluronic acid levels with the severity of coronary artery lesions. Methods Total 259 patients with chest complains undergoing coronary angiography were enrolled in the study. In this cohort 211 patients were confirmed with coronary artery disease, including 65 cases with single vessel lesion, 62 with two ves- sel lesion and 84 with three vessel lesion; coronary artery disease was excluded in 48 patients, who served as controls. The coronary lesion scores were estimated by Gensini score. The plasma hyaluronic acid (HA) levels were measured in all sub- jects. Results The plasma HA levels in patients with coronary artery disease (71.68 ±60.43ng/ml)were significantly higher than those in control group( 40.66 ± 20.45ng/ml )(P〈0.01 ), and the plasma HA levels in the patients with lesions in two vessels( 81.44 ± 70.20ng/ml ), three vessels(78.60 ±59.60ng/ml )were higher than those in controls and patients with single vessel lesion(56.31 ±39.88ng/ml )(P〈0.01). There was no difference in plasma HA levels between single vessel lesion group and control group (P 〉 0.05); and between two vessels and the three vessels group (P 〉0.05). Spearman analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between plasma HA levels and Gensini scores(P〈O.01). Conclusion The extent of coronary artery lesions is correlated with plasma HA levels in the patients with coronary artery disease. Plasma HA level may be valuable for assessing the extent of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary artery disease.
