多层螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT平扫及三期增强扫描在胃癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法整理96例经胃镜证实为胃癌的患者资料,将多层螺旋CT检查结果与术后病理结果对照分析。结果 96例胃癌患者MSCT检出率100%,大体分型判断准确率为63.5%(61/96);MSCT对于胃癌T分期、N分期及远处转移判断的总体判断准确率依次为79.2%(76/96)、71.9%(69/96)、93.8%(90/96)。结论 MSCT平扫联合三期增强扫描可以准确地对胃癌做出诊断,TNM分期准确性高,在胃癌诊断中具有显著的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate multi-slice CT in the clinical diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.Methods 96 cases of of gastric carcinoma patients with endoscopic confirmed gastric carcinoma were preoperatively evaluated with MSCT, Operative findings and pathological diagnosis were correlated with that of MSCT findings.Results The MSCT detection rate of 96 cases of of gastric carcinoma patients was 100%.The Borrmann classification accuracy was 63.5%（61/96）; the accuracy for TNM staging detected with MSCT was 79.2%,71.9%,93.8%.Conclusion The plain and triphase enhanced scans of MSCT are helpful for the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma and the TNM staging,and has great value in clinical diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.
