消银片联合抗组胺药物治疗巨大型玫瑰糠疹25例疗效观察

目的观察消银片联合抗组胺药物治疗巨大型玫瑰糠疹的临床效果及不良反应。方法将49例巨大型玫瑰糠疹病人随机分为2组。对照组单纯服用抗组胺药物,盐酸西替利嗪片,10mg/次,日1次。治疗组在对照组基础上给予消银片口服。两组均同时给予炉甘石洗剂外用,日2次。3周后观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为88%,对照组有效率为33.3%,2组间疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论消银片治疗巨大型玫瑰糠疹疗效肯定,未发现严重不良反应。

Objective Observe the effects of Xiaoyinpian combined with antihistaminics on pityfiasis giganta. Methods Total of 49 patients with pityfiasis giganta were classified into 2 groups, The trial group of 25 cases were treated with Xiaoyinpian and Cetirizine Hydrochloride, the control group of 24 cases were treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride only. Curative effect and adverse reaction were evaluated after three weeks. Results Overall clinical effective rate for the trail group was 88%, for the control group, 33.3% was. Conclusion Xiaoyinpian is effective and safety in the treatment of pityfiasis giganta.
