磁性附着体在口腔修复中临床分析

目的探究口腔修复过程中磁性附着物的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月～2011年5月行磁性附着物口腔修复患者20例,对20例患者临床资料行对比分析。结果本组例研究中,粘固后14天、21天对比粘固前固顶力、咀嚼率较前好转,差异行统计学分析有意义。粘固后14天对比粘固21天差异无意义,P>0.05。粘固后21天对比粘固前语音:t=2.67,P<0.05;舒适度:t=2.13,P<0.05;外观:t=2.22,P<0.05;本组例患者对修复的粘固前、粘固后21天满意度调查差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论磁性附着体在口腔修复效果可,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the process of magnetic attachment prosthodontics clinical curative effect. Methods In our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 May in our department line magnetic attachment prosthodontic patients with 20 cases of clinical data in 20 patients, comparative analysis. Results In this group of cases study, glued after 14 days, 21 days before the jacking force, in contrast to stuck chewing rate is improved, the different lines has statistically significance. Cement after 14 days compared to 21 days were not fixed meaning,P〉0.05. Cement after 21 days before contrast fixed voice： t = 2.67,P〈0.05; comfort：t= 2.13,P〈 0.05;t=2.22, P 〈0.05; in this group of patients to repair cement, cement before 21 days after the satisfaction survey differences deposit statistical significance,P〈0.05.Conclusion Magnetic attachment in restorative dentistry effect, high clinical value.
