细菌性结膜炎的治疗方法及体会

目的分析研究临床治疗细菌性结膜炎的方法,寻求治疗细菌性结膜炎的最佳方法。方法对眼科2009年10月～2010年10月治疗的88例细菌性结膜炎患者的病例进行回顾性分析,将其按治疗方法分为两组,一组使用大蒜素滴眼液治疗,为观察组,44例患者;一组使用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,为对照组,44例患者;对两组患者的治疗方法、临床疗效、副作用及患者满意率等临床数据进行统计,并行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的总有效率为93.2%,较对照组患者的总有效率88.6%有明显的优势,在不良反应数、复发率及患者满意率等方面观察组均有明显优势,且经统计学分析P=0.035<0.05,具有显著统计学意义。结论使用大蒜素滴眼治疗细菌性结膜炎具有疗效显著,副作用低,患者满意率高等优势,适于临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis method and the curative effect of the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis, seeking the best method.Methods To my courtyard from 2009 October to 2010 October ophthalmic treatment of 88 patients with bacterial conjunctivitis patients were retrospectively analyzed, according to its treatment is divided into two groups, one group using allicin eyedrops in treatment, for the observation group, 44 cases; a group of levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment, as compared to a control group, 44 patients; two groups of patients with treatment, clinical efficacy, side effects and patient satisfaction rate and other clinical data, and carries on statistics analysis. Results In the observation group in the total efficiency for 93.2%, than the control group in the total efficiency of 88.6% has an obvious advantage in numbers, adverse reactions, recurrence rate and patient satisfaction rate of observation group have obvious advantage, and the statistical analysis of P = 0.035 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The use of allicin eye drops in treating bacterial conjunctivitis has remarkable curative effect, low side effect, patients satisfaction rate higher advantages, suitable for clinical use.
