聚氨酯密封胶在混凝土路面切割缝中的应用研究

Research of Application of Polyurethane Sealant in Concrete Pavement Expansion Joints

聚氨酯密封胶作为混凝土路面切割缝填缝材料,具有新旧密封材料相容性好(易维修)、施工方便、对基材无污染等优点。选用聚氨酯密封胶作为切割缝的嵌填密封材料时,必须充分考虑密封材料的位移能力;在南方地区使用时,缝宽设置一般不小于8 mm,且宜选用模量较低的聚氨酯密封胶。

It is reasonable to use polyurethane sealant for concrete pavement expansion joints, which has a good compatibility to existed sealing materials and is easy construction and pollution-free. Deformation ability of sealing materials should be taken into consideration when polyurethane sealant has been employed to caulk expansion joints. The width of the concrete pavement expansion joints should be no less than 8 mm in southern China. Low modulus polyurethane sealant is the top choice.
