介绍了深圳某保障性住房项目的地下室、屋面、厨卫间及外墙的防水设计与施工方法。该项目地下室采用钢筋混凝土结构自防水和自粘改性沥青防水卷材相结合的防水设计,其中地下室种植顶板设置了耐根穿刺防水卷材层;屋面采用自粘改性沥青防水卷材和聚氨酯防水涂料进行防水设防;外墙采用了聚合物水泥防水砂浆。本文对该项目防水工程中的节点防水处理作了详细阐释。
The article introduces the waterproof design and construction method of the basement, roof, kitchen, toilet and exterior wall of the indemnificatory housing project. Reinforced concrete structural self-waterproofing and self-adhered waterproofing membrane are used in the basement. The top plate of the basement installs root resistant waterproofing membrane. Self-adhered waterproofing membrane and polyurethane waterproof coating are used in the roof. The exterior wall employs PCMW. The article also illustrates the detail waterproofing.
