Abstract： The cement powder jetting and stirring pile could make the soft earth reinforce and become quality foundation with certain hardness. This paper introduces the application of the cement powder jetting and stirring pile in the enlarging engineering of Wanzai Port District. After introducing the decision of the construction plan, this paper introduces the methods of constructing quality control from 5 aspects, such as driller positioning control, powder measuring control etc.. The application of cement powder jetting and stirring pile has got success in the enlarging engineering of Wanzai Port , which has multi advantages.
