外语专业学生择业取向的实证研究

The Enlightenment of the Empirical Evidence on Foreign Language Major Students' Career Orientation

近年来高校毕业生的就业难的问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文首先调查了外语专业毕业生的就业情况,分析了毕业生就业趋势。其次,调查了外语专业在校生的择业目标、态度和择业取向的影响因素。用KolmogorovSmirnov双样本检验法分析了毕业生就业状况对在校生的择业取向的影响。继而将分析结论与其它专业的在校生择业取向相比较,以此去研究外语专业学生择业取向的特点,并分别就以上几点对外语专业课程改革给出相应的建议。

The problem that university graduates have difficulty in finding jobs has been the focus of the society.The situations of different majors and the existent problems are different to some extent.The thesis surveys the employment of the graduates and their employment tendency and the targeted jobs of foreign language major students,their attitude and the factors of influencing their career-choosing orientation.By Kolmogorov-Smirnov double sample test the paper analyzes the effect of the employment of graduates on foreign language major students＇ career-choosing orientation.Finally the paper comes up with some suggestions about reforming the courses of foreign language majors.
