摘要
采用日立L-8800型氨基酸自动分析仪分析研究侗家奇液酒中游离氨基酸的组成,色谱条件:标准分析柱4.6mm×60.Omm,反应柱温度:150℃,测定了不同地区保健酒中游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明,所测试样中各种氨基酸加标回收率均在85.2%-112.6%,最低检出限为3pmol。该仪器重现性好,实验数据可靠。测定的侗家奇液酒中游离氨基酸总含量为488.48mg/L,仅次于灵芝酒;谷氨酸含量为252.12mg/L,占氨基酸总量的51.59%,在6种保健酒中含量最高,是一种天然绿色、营养健康的保健佳品。
The contents of free amino acids in the Dongjiaqiye wine from different region were determined by the Hitachi L-8800 amino acid mobile analyzer. The chromatographic condition were as followed: standard column 4.6mm×60.0mm and temperature of reactive column 150℃. The results showed that the recoveries of all samples were in the range 85.2%-112.6% and the lowest detection limit was 3pmol. It was indicated that the instru- ment reproduction was good and the experimental data was reliable. The totals free amino acids in Dongjiaqiye wine was 488.48mg/L, which was only lower than that of Ganoderma wine. The glutamic acid content was 252.12mg/L which accounted for 51.59% of total amino acids, and its con- tent was highest in six kinds of health wine. It is a natural and nutritional food.
