摘要 泥页岩中的井壁不稳定性会导致许多问题及严重的后果,尤其是在使用水基泥浆时,主要包括水敏页岩和硬脆性页岩井壁失稳。页岩中的井壁稳定性是一个非常复杂的现象,它需要考虑到与之相关的每一个因素。集中论述水基泥浆同页岩之间的液力机械作用和化学机械作用,并建立了考虑渗透压在内的计算所需最小泥浆比重的解析模型。通过实例计算阐述了井壁稳定性敏感性分析的方法及步骤。 Borehole instability results in lots of problems and bad outcomes,especially in shale formation.Borehole stability in shale is a very complex phenomenon,which needs to take every aspect associated into consideration.The hydro-mechanical and chemo-mechanical effects between water based mud and shale formation are mainly focused on.Besides,a poroelastic analytical model is established in consideration of osmotic pressure to calculate the minimum required mud weight.Furthermore,based on a field case study,the procedures for sensitivity analysis are presented to analyze borehole stability.
