摘要
针对含硼富燃料推进剂的组分特点,设计了不同配方的含硼富燃料推进剂,并使用埋置钨铼热电偶的方法对其绝热火焰温度进行测试,以此来分析配方对含硼富燃料推进剂绝热火焰温度的影响。研究结果表明:增加镁铝合金的用量可以提高含硼富燃料推进剂的绝热火焰温度。氧化剂含量的增大,一般会使含硼富燃料推进剂的绝热火焰温度升高;但当氧化剂含量减小、镁铝合金含量增大时,含硼富燃料推进剂的绝热火焰温度升高。黏结剂含量增大、氧化剂含量减小时,含硼富燃料推进剂的绝热火焰温度下降;黏结剂含量增大、硼含量减小时,含硼富燃料推进剂的绝热火焰温度略有上升。硼粉含量升高会使含硼富燃料推进剂的绝热火焰温度下降。提高含硼富燃料推进剂绝热火焰温度的最有效方法是适当增加铝镁合金或氧化剂的含量。
Boron based fuel-rich propellant of different prescription was designed through the characteristics of it and the adiabatic flame temperature of different boron based fuel-rich propellant were tested by the use of tungsten-Re thermocouple embeded in the propellant sample to explore the effect of prescription on the adiabatic flame temperature.The result shows that the increase of magnalium could increase the adiabatic flame temperature of the boron based fuel-rich propellant;the increase of oxidant could usually increase the adiabatic flame temperature of the boron based fuel-rich propellant,but the adiabatic flame temperature decreases with the increase of oxidant and the derease of the magnalium;the adiabatic flame temperature decreases with the increase of bond and the derease of the oxidant,and the adiabatic flame temperature increases slightly with the increasw of bond and the decrease of boron;the increase of boron could decrease the adiabatic flame temperature of the boron based fuel-rich propellant and the best method to increase the adiabatic flame temperature is increase the content of magnalium and oxidant.
