摘要
分析了科技查新报告存在的主要问题,探讨了科学计量工具应用于科技查新中必要性与可行性,提出了其在科技查新中的应用路径,并指出了其在科技查新中面临的挑战。
After the major problems in reports of novelty assessment for scientific research projects were analyzed, the necessity and feasibility of applying scientometric tools in novelty assessment for scientific research projects were studied with their paths proposed and their challenges pointed out.
