应用扩张皮瓣修复瘢痕疙瘩九例 被引量：1

摘要 瘢痕疙瘩是皮肤创伤后结缔组织的异常增殖所形成的肿块，日前发病机制尚不明确．是整形外科面临的难题之一。临床上表现为肿块突出于皮肤表面、向周围正常皮肤侵袭性生长无自愈倾向．手术切除后易复发[1]。
