摘要
通过将DHGF算法与水资源价格上限理论相结合,构建了基于DHGF算法的水资源定价模型,并对模型工作步骤进行了设计。最后以西安市水资源为例,对该模型进行实例检验。结果表明该模型具有可行性和实际应用价值。
A new kind of model of water resource pricing based on DHGF algorithm was proposed, which was structured by combining DHGF algorithm with water resource price cap theory. The working steps of the model were also introduced. A case of Xi'an city was investigated, which validated the feasibility and practical application value of the model.
