直肠黏膜袖状切除加消痔灵局部注射治疗直肠脱垂疗效观察

Sleeve-shaped Resection of Rectal Mucosa plus Local Injecting XiaoZhiLing Injection in the Treatment of Rectal Prolapse

为提高直肠脱垂的疗效，采用直肠黏膜袖状切除肠壁折叠术加直肠周围间隙注射消痔灵治疗直肠脱垂18例，结果治愈率100％。术后随访1～5年无复发及后遗症。结果表明，该术式具有切除脱垂肠段彻底，感染几率低，疼痛不明显，愈合时间短，对直肠功能影响小等优点。

In order to enhance the therapeutic effect of rectal prolapse author adopted the combined therapy of sleeve-shaped resecting rectal mucosa and intestinal wall infolding, plus local injecting XiaoZhiLing at space around rectum to treat 18 patients with rectal prolapse. As results,the curative rate was 100% ,post- operative follow-up of 1-5 years did not find any recurrence and sequela. Results show that above-mentioned combined procedure has such advantages as thorought resection of prolapsed intestinal segment, lower infection rate, milder pain, shorter healing time, and less influence on rectal function, etc.
