孕产妇痔急性发作期120例治疗体会

Experience on the Treatment of 120 Gravidas or parturients at Acute Onset of Hemorrhoids

为探讨孕产妇痔急性发作期的临床特点及治疗方法，对门诊120例痔急性发作期孕产妇应用中药液、高渗盐水交替湿敷配合休息和饮食综合治疗。结果显示，显效109例，有效7例，无效4例，总有效率96．7％。结果表明，孕产妇痔急性发作以水肿、疼痛为主要症状，中药液、高渗盐水交替湿敷配合休息和饮食综合治疗，可明显减轻孕产妇痔急性发作时的痛苦，不良反应少，预后良好。

The objective of this study was to explore the clinical features and therapies of acute hemorrhoids onset in gravidas or parturients. The 120 gravidas or parturients received combined therapy at acute onset of hemorrhoids, including traditional Chinese drugs liquid and hyperisotonic saline solution for wet dressing alternantly,and associated with rest and diet treatment. As results,among the 120 cases 109 a chieved excellent response,7 were effective,4 were of non-response,total effective rate was 96.7%. Results show that at acute onset of hemorrhoids in gravidas or parturients edema and pain are main symptoms, performing above mentioned combined therapy can significantly reduce their pain, decrease adverse reaction, thus achieve better prognosis.
