一次性切开挂线术治疗肛周脓肿63例临床分析

Primary Incision Thread-drawing Procedure in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess：Clinical Analysis of 63 Cases

为提高肛周脓肿的疗效，采用切开引流加挂线术治疗肛周脓肿63例，结果一次性手术治愈62例，治愈率98．4％，复发1例。本组随访3个月以上，无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、肛门畸形等并发症和后遗症，肛门功能均正常。结果表明，一次性切开挂线术治疗肛周脓肿疗效好，且安全可靠。

In order to enhance the therapeutic effect of perianal abscess author department adopted the procedure of incision drainage plus thread-drawing to treat 63 cases of perianal abscess. As results, among them 62 cases were primarily cured, curative rate was up to 98. 4% ; 1 case had recurrence; follow-up of more than 3 months did not find any complication and sequela as anus function incontinence,anus stenosis, and anus dysmorphosis, etc, their anus function were all normal. Results show that primary incision threaddrawing procedure for treating perianal abscess has better therapeutic effect,and it is safe and reliable.
